Biography:

Prof. Shuguang Hou, Director of the Road Engineering Research Institute at Nanjing Tech University and Deputy Director of the Jiangsu Provincial Engineering Research Center for Traffic Infrastructure Safety Assurance Technology. His primary research field is transportation engineering. He serves as a communication reviewer for the National Natural Science Foundation of China and as an expert reviewer for science and technology projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
