Biography:

Ramona Lile is a distinguished academic leader and economist from Romania. She served as the Rector of "Aurel Vlaicu" University of Arad from 2012 to 2024, overseeing academic, administrative, and international partnership activities. Currently, she holds the position of PhD. Associate Professor at the same institution. Dr. Lile possesses dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Engineering, alongside a PhD in Economics and extensive postgraduate qualifications in Informatics, Security, and Intelligence. She has been actively involved in higher education management, strategic planning, and quality assurance. An accomplished researcher, she has published over 130 scientific articles and participated in more than 150 national and international projects as a manager, coordinator, or expert. Her academic influence extends globally through her Visiting Professor roles at universities in Moldova, Hungary, India, Portugal, and Ukraine.
